He Comes into this year’s Grand National with a solid chance of victory. His magnificent effort last year left him only just behind the winner of the Grand National of 2021, Many Clouds, who won by a margin of just under nine lengths.

For the Grand National race, we had a total of 15 entries. Unfortunately, Grand national favorite and previous winner Grand national success (3/1) did not make it to this year’s Grand national. However, we still have a fantastic roster! We decided to go back to the original Grand national course, which means that Grand national adventure (10/1) and Grand national hero (16/1) will be making their Grand national run.

COOLIN (100/1)

Coolin (100/1) is the Grand National horse that many people are interested in this year.

COOLIN (100/1) is a four-year-old horse with the pedigree of being by COOLMORE out of an OLD MUTUAL mare, who won on her second start at Wincanton and then ran well again at Newbury when finishing second in a valuable handicap off an official rating of 94. 

COOLIN (100/1) is currently trained by Amanda PERRETT and has been running in the Grand National since 2016. 

It is still unknown whether COOLIN (100/1) will run as it is just a 50:50 chance as of now, but if it does run, it will be an interesting Grand National race to watch.

FOXROCK (100/1)

Has most recently been backed for Grand National glory after a second consecutive victory at the Cheltenham Festival.

FOXROCK (100/1) beat nine rivals to win the Grand Annual Chase at Cheltenham by six lengths on Friday, just under three weeks after winning the Cotswold Chase at the same track.

Hills are offering Grand national runners 2022 at 100/1 for the Grand National.

FOXROCK (100/1) is a 16-year-old Exmoor gelding trained in County Durham by Alan King and owned by professional gambler Andy Stewart, who has already won three Grand Nationals.

FOXROCK (100/1) was a 33rd Grand National winner for owner Andy Stewart, with Grand national runners in 2022.

SIR BRAVESTAR (12/1)

SIR BRAVE STAR (12/1) is a Grand National favorite for 2022 Grand national runners with many bookmakers. 

The seven-year-old horse won the Grand National race in April at Aintree racetrack and will be expected to win Grand national runners for the second time. 

“He’s a great horse,” said his jockey, Timothy Hawkins. “It wasn’t easy – he had to fight for it.”

At the Cheltenham Festival, in 2018, SHANTOU FLYER (25/1) ran a good race in the World Hurdle, finishing 4th. In its last 15 races, SHANTOU FLYER (25/1) has finished in the top 5 on ten occasions. Last time out, it finished 2nd in a competitive handicap hurdle at Newbury. 

COUNT OFF (25/1)

COUNT OFF (25/1) will enter the 2022 grand national race. The race takes place at various locations around the country, typically in April of that year, on Grand National day. John Paterson, managing the fledgling team, has announced they will most likely be using the Grand National race as part of their preparations for the 2023 Grand Nationals.

John Paterson says he is keen to replicate the success of his previous Grand national runners, including Grand National winner Grand national runner-up, and Grand national third-place finishers, who only recently retired from racing. John Paterson also states that Grand national 2022 runners will be very competitive in the race for years to come.

COUNT OFF (25/1) is a newly formed racing team based out of The United States, though it appears that they may also have backers. John Paterson has stated that his team consists of horses with a proven pedigree, and he expects them all to be runners in the 2022 race.

AUTOMOBILE (50/1)

A new Grand National horse has just been born. ALGOMOBILE, a dark brown gelding, was foaled on January 1, 2022, at 10:00 am.

He is currently stabled at Newmarket, Sarum College. ALGOMOBILE will be trained by maestro Jim Ryan.

Grand national runners aged 23 and under born after January 1, 2003, could include the following horses:

  • Horses who ran in Grand Nationals as three-year-olds, e.g., El Astronaut (2013), Mon Parrain (2014)
  • Horses who ran as four-year-olds, e.g., Grand Crus (2015), Alvarado (2016)
  • Horses who ran as five-year-olds Grand Nation (2017). Grand national runners 2022 could include Grand Nation or horses with runs in this year’s Grand National
  • Grand national runners age 24 and above, born before December 31, 2002

The Grand National runners aged 24 and above will comprise horses whose Grand National runs were from 2011 to 2019.
